What is Wavloops, exactly?

Wavloops is a private beat-sharing platform for music producers. You drop beats into a server, share one link with the artists, labels and A&Rs you choose, and see who plays what — in real time. No public marketplace, no marketplace fees.

How do artists get access to my server?

Two modes. Private: you add an artist from your contacts (or by email) and they get a one-click magic link to listen. Public: anyone with the link enters with their email and lands straight on your beats. You always own the access list.

Which audio formats can I upload?

MP3 and WAV. We auto-detect BPM and key on upload, and measure integrated loudness (LUFS) so artists hear your beats at consistent playback levels.

What can I actually track?

Every play, every like, every comment, every download — per beat and per artist. You also see who's hooked (multiple replays), who's coming back (return visits), and who's ready to lock in.

What's the difference between Free, Lifetime, and Pro?

Free gives you 1 server, 10 beats and 25 artists to try the product. Lifetime ($129 once) unlocks 3 servers, 150 beats and 500 artists forever. Pro (monthly or yearly) is unlimited servers, beats and artists, plus advanced analytics.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Free is permanent and doesn't ask for a card. You only enter card details when you upgrade to Lifetime or Pro.

Can I cancel anytime?

Pro cancels at the end of the current billing cycle — no proration, no questions asked. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel; you keep access forever.

Wavloops is a beat-sharing platform built for producers. Instead of re-sending packs through WeTransfer or DMs every time you cook a new beat, you create a server— a single link your artists keep coming back to. Drop a beat in, it's there for every artist with access. Live tracking shows who listened, who liked, and who's ready to lock in.

You pick the visibility when you create a server. Public servers let anyone with the link join after a one-tap email confirmation. Private servers require the artist to submit their email + a social profile, then you approve each one manually from your dashboard. No app to download either way — everything happens in the browser.

Free and Lifetime plans accept MP3 uploads. Pro opens up WAV, FLAC, AIFF, M4A, AAC, OGG and OPUS so you can share stems and lossless masters at full quality. Max file size is 100 MB per beat, max cover image is 5 MB.

On Lifetime and Pro: every play, every like, every artist — tracked live, per beat AND per server. You see your top fan, the listening history of each artist, and the audience overlap between your beats. On Free, you see aggregated counts only (total plays / total likes) without per-artist resolution — enough to feel the pulse, not enough to know who's ready to lock in.

No. The Free plan is free forever and requires no payment details. Sign up, create your first server, share the link — start tracking right away. You only enter card details when you choose to upgrade.

Yes. Pro subscriptions cancel from your Settings → Billing portal (powered by Stripe), with one click — no email support loop. Lifetimeis a one-time payment so there's nothing to cancel; the access stays forever. Refunds on digital purchases follow the standard policy: we don't refund once the plan is activated, but you can downgrade or stop paying at any moment.

Beats live on Supabase's encrypted storage and are only served through signed URLs scoped to your producer account or to artists you explicitly granted access to. Private servers add a per-artist approval gate on top — nobody sees a single beat before you click approve.
